Tables with reciprocating movement
The assembly tables with reciprocating movement rotate on the horizontal plane. They are used to equip semi-automatic or automatic loading stations. Incorporated fine pitch stop screws made of hardenedsteel guarantee absolute precision.
The shaft is mounted on preloaded ball-bearings. Its reciprocating rotation is
pneumatically controlled by a rack and pinion mechanism. A hydraulic shock
absorber incorporated into the rack neutralises jarring at the end of the
rotation. The rotation speeds are adjusted independently by flow regulators
mounted directly on the unit.
Two dimensions are available: TPA66 and TPA100
Rotary tables TPA66
TPA66: reciprocating movement, 2 positions
TPA663: reciprocating movement, 3 positions with intermediate stop
Rotary tables TPA100
TPA100: reciprocating movement, 2 positions
TPA103: reciprocating movement, 3 posititons with intermediate stop
