Indenting machine for cannon-pinions
This equipment is used to adjust cannon-pinion on center-arbor by deformation. This automatic or semi-automatic work station replaces former manual or semi-manual work techniques.
The operation is made by two identical, perfectly aligned hard metal blades. A 500 N force sensor ensures the setting force and the penetration quality of the blades into cannon-pinion.
This equipment offers quality and precision, but also repeatability of indenting. It stands out by its simplicity of use and its easy setting up of cannon-pinions. Software interface allows to efficiently and easily adjust indenting.
